Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/contracting or related field.
• 5+ years contracts/subcontract administration for mid-level.
• 8+ years for senior-level with complex negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor prime contracts, delivery orders, and task orders through pre- and post-award.
• Review solicitations and statements of work to identify risks and mitigation.
• Serve as point of contact with Government contracting personnel and teaming partners.
• Manage subcontracts from solicitation to closeout and funding administration.
• Prepare and review subcontract terms, conditions, and flowdowns.
• Coordinate with Finance and Program Management on cost overruns and funding issues.
• Maintain accurate contract files and track deadlines.
