Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a control or oversight function; leadership experience preferred
• Familiarity with manufacturing industry-specific contract regulations and standards

Responsibilities

• Own contracting process from intake to signature.
• Lead complex negotiations and manage risk.
• Develop internal policies and compliance tools.
• Report to executive management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and export-controls.
