Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate client and vendor contracts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Manage contract lifecycle including renewals and terminations.
• Serve as primary contact for contract inquiries and issues.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and sales teams to align on business objectives.
• Partner with in-house counsel on non-standard terms and end-to-end workflow.
