Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science is seeking a Legal Contracts Manager to oversee contract management, legal documentation, and related administrative duties across internal departments and external partners.

The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating client, vendor, and consulting agreements, while ensuring compliance and risk management. Strong communication, organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal contract management, legal operations, contract administration, or a related legal field.
• Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Experience managing outside counsel and coordinating legal matters preferred.
• Experience supporting insurance, litigation, collections, corporate governance, or mergers and acquisitions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, revise, negotiate, and manage a wide variety of contracts.
• Support contract negotiations and coordinate revisions with internal stakeholders and external parties.
• Manage the delivery of legal documentation and services to internal and external clients; assist with litigation support and discovery.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions through documentation and研究.
• Coordinate with brokers, carriers, and internal departments on insurance matters.
