Job summary

LARC Staffing, a Beverly, MA-based client, seeks a Compliance Manager to own contracting from intake to signature, lead complex negotiations, and drive faster cycle times while shaping the legal framework supporting quality standards and growth.

The role requires 5+ years in oversight, strong IT and English language skills, and the ability to manage regulatory compliance across customer, supplier, and employment contracts.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a control or oversight function; leadership experience preferred
• Familiarity with manufacturing industry-specific contract regulations and standards

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements to prevent legal risks.
• Develop and enforce internal policies and corporate values.
• Review customer, supplier, and employment contracts as well as customs and export-control matters for compliance with legal and internal requirements.
• Develop and implement compliance tools and compliance management systems.
• Prevent violations relating to data protection, corruption, corporate espionage, and other unethical conduct.
• Organize and/or deliver compliance training.
• Report to executive management.
