Qualifications

• Proven experience in contract administration and contract lifecycle management.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Working knowledge of business law, contracting principles, and compliance standards.
• Experience with contract management systems (e.g., Ironclad).

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, edit, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
• Maintain and manage the contract management system, Ironclad.
• Develop and maintain contract workflows to ensure efficient cross-department reviews.
• Interpret contracts to ensure compliance with legal standards and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, HR, Finance, and Risk Management.
• Provide training on contract review, negotiation, and enforcement.
