Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Contracts Manager to oversee the lifecycle of customer and subcontractor contracts, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements. The role serves as the escalation point for complex negotiations and provides coaching to Contract Managers and Specialists.

The position requires strong negotiation, leadership, and process-ownership, with the ability to drive consistency across regions and collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Legal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; other relevant experience considered.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising and developing contract teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead review and negotiation of complex project contracts, NDAs, insurance requirements, and related documents.
• Draft, revise, and negotiate contract addendums per company standards.
• Coordinate legal reviews and intake processes for contracts.
• Identify and communicate contractual risks to leadership and project teams.
• Guide internal stakeholders on contract strategy, risk tolerance, and customer requirements.
• Ensure accurate processing of contract documents and repository management.
• Supervise Contract Managers and Contract Administrators; provide guidance on workload and priorities.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and development of the contract team.
