Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering Prime US Government contracts, FMS and/or Commercial contracts.
• Strong understanding of contract terms and PO clauses across different contract types.
• Experience in negotiation, drafting and review of contracts and related agreements.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor contract performance on major government contracts.
• Negotiate and administer agreements between the company, customers, and vendors.
• Review solicitation terms, amendments, and issue informative guidance.
• Provide contractual advice to Program and Operations Managers.
• Respond to inquiries on contract obligations and revisions.
• Oversee contract deliverables, billing and cash collection.
• Prepare proposals for customer requirements and export license support.
• Maintain internal and external customer relationships.
• Participate in special projects as requested.
