Job summary

Leonardo DRS, Inc. in Bridgeton, MO is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of government and commercial contracts, including proposals, negotiation, and ongoing administration.

You will ensure compliance with government specs and reflect risks accurately. The role offers an in-person or remote schedule, cross-functional guidance to IPTs, and exposure to complex contracts across FAR/DFARS, IP/data rights, and pricing data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
• Experience administering Prime US Government contracts, FMS contracts, and/or Commercial contracts
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government contracting processes
• Knowledge of contract types (FFP, CPFF, CPIF, T&M, IDIQ) and their use
• IP/data rights and government property administration knowledge

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor contract performance on major government contracts.
• Negotiate and administer agreements between the company and customers/subcontractors/vendors.
• Review solicitation terms and identify issues; interpret terms and amendments.
• Prepare and submit compliant Truthful Cost or Pricing Data proposals; negotiate terms.
• Ensure adherence to FAR/DFARS and company policies; provide contractual guidance to IPTs.
• Prepare contract documents, MOUs, and other agreements; support export license applications.
• Maintain customer relations and support program reviews; assist in subcontract negotiations.
