Leonardo DRS, Inc. is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of government and commercial contracts from Bridgeton, MO, with in-person or remote work options.

You will handle proposal development, negotiations, and ongoing administration, ensuring compliance with policies and government requirements while guiding Integrated Product Teams. The role requires a bachelor’s in a related field and 5+ years of government contract experience, with strong knowledge of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience administering Prime US Government contracts, FMS contracts, and/or Commercial contracts.
• NCMA CFCM/CPCM certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FAR and DFARS.
• Experience with government IP rights clauses and contract types (FFP, CPFF, CPIF, T&M, IDIQ).
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor contract performance on major government contracts.
• Negotiate and administer agreements with customers, subcontractors and vendors.
• Review contract solicitation terms and amendments for compliance and risk.
• Provide contractual guidance to program and operations teams.
• Prepare and analyze major price proposals and export license support.
• Support subcontract negotiation and management and ensure cost controls.
