• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• Strong experience administering Prime US Government contracts, FMS contracts, and/or Commercial contracts.
• Knowledge of contract types (FFP, CPFF, CPIF, T&M, IDIQ) and IP/data rights clauses.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor contract performance on major government contracts.
• Conduct negotiation and administration of agreements with customers/subcontractors/vendors.
• Review solicitation terms, amendments, and identify issues; provide guidance to leads/managers.
• Prepare contract terms, documents, and ensure compliance with government specifications.
