Job summary

Leonardo DRS, Inc. is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator for the Bridgeton, MO area with option for in-person or remote work. You will manage the full lifecycle of Government and Commercial contracts, including proposals, negotiations, and administration.

You will provide strategic contractual guidance to Integrated Product Teams, ensure compliance with government specifications, and monitor performance, cost controls, and deliverables across FFP, CPFF, CPIF, T&M, and IDIQ contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; 5+ years of government and/or commercial contract administration
• Strong understanding of contract terms and government procurement processes
• Knowledge of contract types (FFP, CPFF, CPIF, T&M, IDIQ) and IP/data rights clauses
• Experience with negotiation, drafting and administration of contracts and subcontracts
• Familiarity with export controls and government compliance processes

• Administer and monitor contract performance on major government contracts
• Prepare and submit proposals and pricing data as required
• Negotiate terms and conditions with customers and subcontractors
• Ensure adherence to company policies and government specifications
