Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• ~5+ years of experience administering Prime US Government contracts, FMS contracts, and/or Commercial contracts.
• Strong understanding of contract/purchase order terms and conditions and knowledge of government contracting processes.
• Experience with various contract types (FFP, CPFF, CPIF, T&M, IDIQ).
• Knowledge of IP/data rights clauses and export controls is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor contract performance on major government contracts.
• Negotiate and administer agreements with customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Review solicitation terms, handle award confirmations, and manage amendments/modifications.
• Provide contractual advice and support to program leaders and managers.
• Prepare teaming agreements, MOUs, and other contractual documents.
• Assist in export license applications and ensure compliance with requirements.
