Job summary

Leonardo DRS, Inc. is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator based at our Bridgeton, MO facility with the option for in-person or remote work.

You will oversee the full lifecycle of government and commercial contracts, including proposals, negotiations, and ongoing administration. The role provides strategic contractual guidance to Integrated Product Teams and ensures compliance with government requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 5+ years administering Prime US Government contracts.
• Strong understanding of contract terms, government procurement processes, and various contract types.
• Experience with IP/data rights clauses and bid/proposal preparations.
• Experience with cost analysis and source selection.
• Proficient in MS Office and contract administration systems.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and administer government and commercial contracts.
• Prepare and submit proposals and modify terms as needed.
• Monitor contract performance, costs, and compliance.
• Prepare teaming agreements, MOUs, and international agreements.
• Respond to inquiries and provide contractual guidance to IPTs.
• Assist in export license applications preparation.
• Maintain internal and external relationships.
• Lead special projects as requested.
