CookUnity is seeking a senior-level contract recruiter to partner with our Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers on high-impact B2B GTM searches, supporting CookUnity Business across Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and B2B Marketing.

This role focuses on building pipelines, engaging top-tier talent, and closing exceptional candidates who thrive in fast-growth environments, leveraging AI, LinkedIn, Greenhouse, GEM, and other tools.

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong track record hiring high-growth B2B GTM teams.
• Experience sourcing and closing senior and leadership-level GTM talent.
• Excellent stakeholder management and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for B2B roles and manage pipelines across Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and B2B Marketing.
• Develop screening questions and leverage AI tools to improve quality and speed.
• Drive proactive sourcing and outbound outreach using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, GEM, and other platforms.
• Partner on talent branding and market insights to strengthen CookUnity's presence in B2B and GTM talent communities.
• Lead intake sessions, calibrate profiles with stakeholders, and ensure high-quality candidate experience.
