Job summary

CookUnity is seeking a senior-level freelance recruiter to partner with our Talent Acquisition team on critical searches across the U.S. and Canada. The role focuses on sourcing, engaging, and closing top-tier talent for Product, Tech, and leadership roles.

You will collaborate with our in-house team to build pipelines, manage candidate experience end-to-end, and drive hiring excellence during a key growth phase for CookUnity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech/product/data
• Proven ability to recruit for senior roles in high-growth environments
• Experience using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and the in-house team on end-to-end searches
• Build pipelines through strategic sourcing and outreach
• Advise on intake, calibration, and hiring strategy with stakeholders
• Manage candidate experience with timely feedback and clear communication
• Lead interview debriefs and data-driven decisions
• Collaborate on employer branding to attract top talent
• Leverage ATS/CRM tools and recruitment platforms to maximize reach
• Track funnel metrics and time-to-hire for continuous improvement
