Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a contracting controls role.
• Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 2–15 direct reports in a player-coach capacity; monitor performance and project portfolio progress.
• Partner with regional operations leadership on business planning, financial reporting, and resource allocation.
• Drive compliance initiatives and KPIs to align with objectives and ensure project execution.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities through lean leadership and change management.
• Establish standard work by developing procedures, best practices, and audits.
• Build cross-functional relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve issues proactively.
• Lead hiring/onboarding of Controls Technicians and support estimating, installation, and commissioning.
