Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Senior Controls Project Manager to lead complex HVAC controls and building automation projects for client sites. You will drive project administration, financials, schedules, and stakeholder communication, mentoring team members along the way.

You will manage change orders, coordinate with technicians and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction across multi-building projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Construction PM is a plus.
• Experience leading HVAC controls projects and project teams.
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Support sales with quotes and proposals.
• Manage change orders, cost, schedule, and scope.
• Build and maintain project schedules with milestones and critical path.
• Lead project administration and ensure contract compliance and safety.
• Manage cash flow, forecast costs, and conduct monthly reviews.
• Collaborate with technicians, leads, and PMs on progress and plans.
• Oversee subcontractors and establish communication on progress and billing.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and address concerns.
