EPAM Systems Inc. seeks a Senior Contract Negotiator to join a fast-paced, globally connected team.

You will structure and refine deal-making processes across the DACH region, collaborating with business, IT security, compliance, finance, and HR to ensure precise contractual outcomes. You will review and negotiate a range of agreements, from IT software services to NDAs and DPAs, while providing independent support for key accounts as needed.

Formación

• 3+ years' experience as senior contract negotiator or as a practicing lawyer with top-tier or equivalent in-house experience at IT services provider.
• Experience negotiating software development services agreements and statements of work.
• Excellent English; German language skills are a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to commercial deal-making across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and handle general commercial matters within the region.
• Review, draft, negotiate, and revise contracts (IT software services agreements, consulting agreements, statements of work, NDAs, DPAs, subcontractor/alliance agreements).
• Provide independent legal support for specific accounts as needed.
• Develop contract templates and standard terms; improve contract management processes.
• Train internal teams on policy and procedure application; craft new policies.
• Maintain strong collaboration with SMEs across Business, IT Security, Compliance, Finance, and HR.
