Job summary

AMPECO is expanding across the DACH region and seeks a Germany-based Senior Solution Consultant to drive pre-sales across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This senior IC role combines deep product and industry expertise with the ability to win confidence of technical and business stakeholders.

You will own the end-to-end solution, map prospect needs to AMPECO’s platform, lead demonstrations, PoCs, and bid management from RFIs to tenders, collaborating closely with the DACH Business Development

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in pre-sales or solution consulting in enterprise software.
• Native-level German and fluent English (spoken and written).
• Strong pre-sales execution: design, demonstrations, Proof-of-Concepts, and bid/RFx management.
• Tech-savvy with ability to discuss platform tech without deep engineering.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders and ability to present complex topics.
• Based in Germany, able to work remotely within the DACH region.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of AMPECO platform and the DACH market.
• Lead solutioning on DACH opportunities with the BDM.
• Drive PoCs and ensure business drivers are sound.
• Design and deliver demos aligning to business and tech needs.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
• Advise during sales cycles with solution expertise.
• Own bid management for RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and tenders.
• Represent AMPECO at regional industry events.
• Travel across the DACH region as needed.
