You will review and redline commercial agreements, provide clear legal analysis to train and evaluate AI systems, and apply technology transaction expertise. The role is remote (US-based) with a contractor engagement and deadline-driven expectations.

Ideal candidates hold a J.D. from an accredited law school, active U.S.

Qualifications

• J.D. with strong transactional law background and U.S. bar admission.
• 4+ years of transactional legal experience in-house or at a law firm.
• Solid knowledge of commercial contract provisions (indemnification, liability limits, confidentiality, data protection).
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and contract review skills.
• Attention to detail and sound legal judgment.
