Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Contracts Attorney to support a confidential legal AI project. You will review MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs, perform redlines, and provide clear legal analysis to train AI systems.

This remote, US-based role requires a JD and active bar, 4+ years of transactional experience, and excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills. Independent, deadline-driven work in a remote environment is essential.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active U.S. bar admission.
• 4+ years of transactional legal experience in-house or at a law firm.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contract provisions, including indemnification, limitation of liability, confidentiality, and data protection.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and contract review skills.
• Strong attention to detail and sound legal judgment.
