Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, applying playbooks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality legal writing in a remote, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. bar admission.
• 4+ years of transactional legal experience in-house or at a law firm.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contract provisions, including indemnification, limitation of liability, confidentiality, and data protection.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and contract review skills.
• Strong attention to detail and sound legal judgment.
