Jobgether is seeking a Sr Contracts Specialist II in the United States for a fully remote role. You will lead complex negotiations, draft and execute agreements, and manage risk across sales, licensing, and professional services with customers and partners worldwide.

You will collaborate with legal, finance, and operations to align terms with strategic goals, mentor teammates, and travel as needed to support negotiations and engagements.

Competenze

• Seven+ years in contracts, procurement, finance, or related field.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Proven ability to manage high-value contracts end-to-end.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and exec audiences.
• Experience leading cross-functional negotiations in international markets.
