Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Contract Director for our MedTech Surgery business to lead contracting, pricing, and portfolio management for large health systems. This field-based role supports KAM teams across multiple states and requires strong negotiation and cross-functional collaboration.

The position reports to the Area VP and partners with Legal, Finance and Compliance to drive profitable performance and successful contract execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 7+ years of proven experience.
• Solid understanding of the U.S. healthcare market and pricing impact.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to influence across multiple stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead contracting, pricing and daily management of Ethicon Platforms.
• Coordinate with Field Sales Leadership, Legal, Finance and others to support account plans.
• Negotiate contractual offers with KAM leadership and ensure contract performance goals.
