Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Senior Director, Professional Relations and Operations, to lead Global HCP engagement and educational grants from its North America base. The role oversees contracting, invoicing, and transfer-of-value reporting while driving a unified systems landscape.

The candidate will partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Legal, Finance, and regional teams to ensure compliant, scalable interactions with health care professionals across NA/EMEA/APAC/LATAM, including

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MS preferred.
Proven leadership of global, multi-region programs and standardization across regions.
Strong ownership of enterprise platforms (event management, CRM, CLM, registration).
Travel: up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Define global strategy, operating model, and governance for HCP engagements across four regions.
Lead North America HCP engagement workflow from needs assessment to post-engagement reporting.
Oversee Educational Grants and Charitable Contributions workflows and governance.
Lead global systems portfolio strategy for engagement systems, data lakes, and analytics.
Standardize processes, templates, SLAs, and training while enabling localization.
