Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Senior Analyst, Pricing Contract Management to support U.S. customer contracts in cardiovascular and MedTech segments. The role focuses on pricing strategies, contracting analytics, and ensuring compliance across CPC governance and approval workflows.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in contracting or commercial operations, with strong communication and data skills. Hybrid or multi-site presence may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum four years of business experience.
• Minimum three to five years in contracting, finance, sales, marketing, or commercial operations.

Responsibilities

• Review contract requests and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop offers aligned with strategy.
• Evaluate CPC pricing delegation submissions and document internal review processes.
• Maintain CPC pricing delegation matrix and suggest updates.
• Support design and implementation of the CPC Automation tool using Power Apps.
• Draft agreements for IDNs, hospitals, and ambulatory centers with growth and rebate structures.
• Execute rebate-driven contracting strategies aligned with pricing matrixes.
