Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 8 years.
• Active U.S. Government Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Strong technical acumen in contract management and M365.
• Financial acumen and knowledge of FAR/DFAR.
• Excellent written and verbal communication at senior management level.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee OU contracts administration, extension, and negotiation.
• Lead a team of contract professionals.
• Examine estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules for accuracy.
• Evaluate and present risk and mitigation plans; advise senior leadership; analyze data; maintain historical information.
• Implement policy, interview candidates, and support functional growth.
• May travel to support customer and company engagements.
