Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government Top-Secret clearance is required at time of application.
• Experience negotiating and administering various contract types.
• Strong understanding of FAR/DFAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize proposal activities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Identify contractual risks and mitigate with contract provisions.
• Serve as key business advisor to program managers on contractual matters.
• Plan and execute negotiations to achieve favorable terms and profitability.
