Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government Top-Secret security clearance at time of application, with SCI access
• Experience negotiating and administering fixed-price and cost-reimbursable contracts with the US Government
• Understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirements
• Advanced proposal development and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, written and verbal, with leadership at all levels

Responsibilities

• Review and approve contractual documents to protect the company’s posture and policy adherence
• Plan and execute negotiations of complex contracts to meet profit goals
• Collaborate with program, technical, and operations teams to guide contract requirements
• Make timely decisions and provide guidance across finance, legal, export, security, and other teams
• Solve complex problems by seeking information and new ideas
