Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of experience OR Master’s with 3 years OR PhD with 1 year (or equivalent)
• Active U.S. Government Top-Secret security clearance required
• Experience negotiating and administering various contract types
• Understanding FAR/DFAR requirements and government regulations
