Northrop Grumman Space Sector seeks a Manager Contract Administration – Manager Level 2 for a 100% onsite role in Dulles, VA or Gilbert, AZ. You will supervise contract administrators, drive complex negotiations, and ensure FAR compliance while aligning risk, profit, and customer satisfaction with program goals.

This leadership role requires an active Top-Secret clearance and a proven record negotiating fixed-price and cost-reimbursable US Government contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of professional experience or Master’s with 6 years.
• Active U.S. Government Top-Secret clearance required.
• Experience negotiating and administering fixed-price and cost-reimbursable contracts.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve contractual documents to protect the company’s contractual/risk posture and ensure policy adherence.
• Plan and execute negotiations of a complex nature to achieve favorable terms and target profit rates.
• Interface with program, technical, finance, supply chain, legal, export, and security teams to guide contracts.
• Make timely decisions, provide guidance, and support multiple organizations to meet deadlines.
• Supervise and develop a team of contract administrators.
