• Active U.S. Government Top-Secret clearance, with SCI eligibility.
• Experience negotiating and administering various contract types.
• Understanding FAR/DFAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize proposal activities and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Identify contractual risks and mitigate with appropriate provisions.
• Serve as key advisor to program managers on contractual matters.
• Plan and execute negotiations to achieve favorable terms and profit.
