Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a senior Continuous Improvement Manager to lead CI resources across multiple operations, driving change with data analytics, lean methods, and engineering practices.

The role interfaces with senior management and aligns with the CI Director and Director of Operations. The position emphasizes strategy development, KPI management, and mentoring of teams to achieve dramatic performance gains in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management.
• Nine or more years in Distribution, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Transportation, or SCM.
• Lean Six Sigma is required; CPMP/ISO/QMS in priority are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of CI engineering and quality professionals; hire, promote, coach, and manage performance.
• Lead strategy development, scorecards, KPIs, and cross-site improvement plans.
• Provide training, coaching, and mentoring on Lean, data analytics, and SDLC tools.
