Job summary

Nestlé is seeking a Continuous Improvement professional to lead TPM initiatives at the Bloomfield, MT plant. You will coach teams, drive productivity improvements, and support the Manufacturing Excellence Manager in deploying TPM, Lean and Six Sigma across operations.

Responsibilities include facilitating TPM deployments, leading improvement projects, and coaching Continuous Improvement Leads to deliver measurable performance metrics and resilient manufacturing performance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field as listed.
• 2+ years of TPM and continuous improvement experience in manufacturing or similar environments.
• 1+ years coaching, training or leadership experience.
• This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and support plant productivity using NCE methodologies.
• Implement TPM, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma across the plant.
• Support the Manufacturing Excellence Manager and lead Continuous Improvement Leads.
• Provide direct leadership to Continuous Improvement Leads and teams.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and supervise assigned employees.
• Drive TPM methodologies through coaching and training activities.
• Perform focused improvement assessments to drive performance metrics.
• Coach and support Nestlé Continuous Excellence pillars.
• Support industrial performance activities and manufacturing performance metrics.
