Job summary

Nestlé Health Science seeks a Manufacturing Excellence Manager to drive a factory-wide performance improvement strategy. You will lead Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) initiatives, align objectives with market priorities, and coach leadership teams in TPM and Lean practices.

Required: 8+ years in manufacturing or continuous improvement, with Lean Six Sigma and strong data capabilities (Power BI, SAP, MES). Strong collaboration across plant and market teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, Engineering or related degree required.
• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification desired.
• 8+ years in a manufacturing or continuous improvement environment, desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop, align, and execute factory-wide performance improvement strategy.
• Lead NCE and Industrial Performance activities in the factory.
• Ensure data reliability, SAP BOM/Master Data, planning rate reviews, and asset utilization.
