Job summary

Nestlé Health Science seeks a hands-on Process Engineer to lead continuous improvement and TPM initiatives in our manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will drive world-class safety, quality, cost, and service while supporting line transitions and building team capability.

You will guide ~130 employees, apply GSTD, DMAIC, and PDCA, and partner with Line Performance and Engineering to execute production and maintenance plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Engineering preferred; MBA a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in supervisory/management role.
• Experience applying Continuous Improvement methodologies (GSTD, DMAIC, PDCA).
• Experience with TPM implementation and cross-functional projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of team capabilities and succession planning.
• Coach and assess team members for operational excellence.
• Drive standards, data integrity, and frontline ownership.
• Analyze safety, quality, downtime, and material loss trends.
• Collaborate with Line Performance, Engineering to prioritize resources.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and capital investments.
• Deliver operational reviews and support the Operational Master Plan.
• Champion a culture of Zero Injury, Zero Defect, Zero Waste.
