Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in our manufacturing facility. You will lead TPM strategies and partner with production teams to achieve safety, quality, cost, and service goals.

This role supports line transitions, optimizes performance, and builds team capability across ~130 employees. A strong problem-solving mindset and a bias for action are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; engineering preferred. MBA/Master’s beneficial.
• 3+ years of leadership in manufacturing or related industry.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement methods (GST D, DMAIC, PDCA).

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and TPM to drive safety, quality, cost, and service.
• Develop line strategies, coach front-line teams, and manage capital projects.
• Analyze data on safety, downtime, and material loss to prioritize improvements.
