Job summary

Nestlé Purina North America in the United States is seeking a Manufacturing Excellence Leader to drive continuous improvement across a major production facility near the Virginia border. You will lead Lean initiatives, coordinate TPM programs, and shape manufacturing culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of leadership experience with LEAN Manufacturing, TPM, or Continuous Improvement in a manufacturing, technical, military, or related environment and 1+ years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate continuous improvement plans across the facility.
• Monitor and coordinate the execution of Nestlé Continuous Excellence plans.
• Manage Manufacturing Excellence Department organization including allocation of various roles and responsibilities.
• Implement Nestlé Continuous Excellence methodology across teams and processes including training, coaching, and assessment.
• Support development of Manufacturing Excellence methodologies, competencies, and routines with the market.
