Job summary

Nestlé’s Gerber Products Company seeks a Factory Specialist ME to strengthen TPM routines, build capability across the Local Leadership Team, and accelerate improvement execution in the Production Department.

You will lead governance, coach LLT, and drive loss elimination using data-driven tools such as SAP BOM, Prometheus, and Power BI, enabling cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with TPM/Lean and cross-functional teams is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support definition, alignment and implementation of the Local Leadership Team improvement plan/strategy.
• Co-develop Local Leadership improvement strategy that considers factory Operational Master Plan, Loss Analysis, and external benchmarks.
• Gain alignment from LLT/Key Stakeholders around the improvement plan and support rollout across the Production Department.
• Improve governance and routines at LLT levels to track execution progression and sustainability.
• Spend time on shop floor to evaluate maturity progression and identify key opportunities.
