Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain or related field.
• 2+ years’ TPM experience with continuous improvement in manufacturing or related environment.
• 1+ year coaching, training or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Continuous improvement project support and leadership, including delegated supervision of employees assigned to those projects.
• Drive and implement TPM methodologies through coaching and training.
• Coach for all Nestl Continuous Excellence pillars to drive world-class manufacturing.
