Job summary

Hiya is seeking a Senior Content Strategist to own how we use content to reach, engage, and convert buyers across markets. You will write and edit key pieces, shape strategy, and collaborate with product marketing, sales, demand generation, and audience teams to turn customer insights into content that drives pipeline.

You’ll craft content for humans and machines, focusing on discoverability, credibility, and scale with AI-driven workflows.

Qualifications

5+ to 7 years in content strategy or content marketing, as a senior individual contributor.
Proven full-funnel content programs that drive demand and pipeline.
Excellent writing and editing across long-form to promo copy.
Solid SEO fundamentals and discoverability techniques.
Hands-on use of AI to produce high-quality content.
Experience with multi-market, localized, or regulated content.

Responsibilities

Set Hiya's content strategy across the full funnel, grounded in insights and positioning.
Write and edit pillar content, including annual State of the Call survey.
Improve discoverability across search and AI answer engines.
Build an AI-native content engine with scalable workflows.
Create assets for emails, social, and paid copy; tailor messages for channels.
Track engagement and pipeline impact; inform future content strategy in collaboration with marketing leadership.
