Team 201 in the United States is seeking an AI-native B2B Content Manager who can write compelling conversion-focused content and run the system that brings it to life. This role blends strategic content direction with hands-on writing and production management, coordinating full-time staff, fractional experts and AI-powered workflows to move ideas to published assets without friction.

You’ll own intake, priorities, reviews, approvals, and deadlines.

Qualifications

6–8 years of experience creating and managing B2B tech content.
Excellent writing across long-form and short-form formats.
Strong conversion-copywriting instincts with pipeline/revenue impact.
Ability to manage a high-volume production queue with multiple contributors.
Fluency with AI tools and AI-assisted content workflows.
Experience coordinating internal and freelance teams and clients.

Responsibilities

Write conversion-driven B2B content across formats (website, campaigns, thought leadership, case studies, emails).
Manage intake, priorities, assignments, reviews, approvals and deadlines from idea to publication.
Turn strategies into briefs, timelines and deliverables; match projects with resources.
Build and maintain AI-native content systems, prompts and templates.
Coordinate writers, designers, strategists, video partners and client stakeholders.
Improve content performance with GTM, SEO and sales teams; adjust based on data.
