Hiya in Seattle is hiring a Senior Content Strategist to own how we reach, engage, and convert buyers across markets and audiences. You’ll shape the strategy, write and edit the pieces that matter, and partner with product marketing, sales, demand generation, and audience teams.

You’ll ensure discoverability through search and AI answer platforms, balancing content for humans and machines, with a strong POV and bold, data-informed choices.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of content strategy or content marketing experience.
• Proven track record building full-funnel programs.
• Excellent writing and editing across long and short formats.
• Strong SEO fundamentals and discoverability strategies.
• Ability to use AI to enhance content while preserving quality.

Responsabilités

• Set Hiya's content strategy across the full funnel, grounded in customer and sales insight.
• Write and edit pillar content, long-form reports, cornerstone pages, scripts, and assets.
• Improve discoverability with search and AI, in collaboration with Web Manager and GTM Engineering.
• Build an AI-native content engine for briefs, drafting, localization, editorial standards, refresh cycles, and distribution.
• Create assets for email, organic social, and paid copy, refining for message, voice, and clarity.
• Track engagement and pipeline impact, share results and direction with marketing leadership.
