Job summary

Hiya is seeking a Senior Content Strategist to own content strategy across markets and audiences. You will write, edit, and shape long-form and pillar content, including the annual State of the Call survey, coordinating with product marketing, sales, and demand gen teams to move pipeline.

You’ll drive discoverability for humans and machines, build AI-native workflows, and manage assets for email, social, and paid campaigns while reporting on content impact to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in content strategy or content marketing at senior individual contributor level.
• Proven record of building full-funnel content programs that generate demand and pipeline.
• Excellent hands-on writing and editing across long-form to promotional copy.
• Solid grounding in SEO fundamentals and content discoverability techniques.
• Hands-on habit of using AI to improve content quality and speed.
• Experience with multi-market, localized, or regulated content.

Responsibilities

• Set Hiya's content strategy across the full funnel, grounded in customer insight and product positioning.
• Write and edit pillar content, including the annual State of the Call survey.
• Ensure discoverability across search and AI answer engines in collaboration with Web Manager and GTM Engineering.
• Build an AI-native content engine and scalable workflows for the team.
• Create assets across email, organic social, and paid copy, tailoring messages for each channel.
• Track engagement and pipeline impact; communicate results to marketing leadership using tools like Asana.
