Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years in a goal oriented, incentive based sales role.
• 1+ years in consumer finance preferred.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business with new and existing customers.
• Evaluate needs to recommend best loan and voluntary product solutions.
• Complete loan applications and proposals; follow up with applicants.
• Explain loan processes and answer product questions to borrowers.
• Close loans, assemble folders and maintain loan files.
• Meet or exceed loan goals and manage a growing portfolio.
