Republic Finance, LLC is seeking a Sr. Consumer Loan Specialist to join our Lafayette branch. You will originate loans, process applications, build relationships, and help achieve sales goals while supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years in goal-oriented, incentive-based sales.
• 1+ year in consumer finance preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer relations.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Originate consumer loan business with customers and cross-sell products.
• Complete loan applications and proposals; follow up with applicants.
• Explain loan processes and loan products to borrowers.
• Meet loan goals and manage day-to-day servicing of a growing loan portfolio.
• Assist Branch Manager with operational tasks.
