Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a goal oriented, incentive based sales role.
• 1+ years of experience in the consumer finance industry preferred.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills
• Ability to work well independently, as well as a dedicated team member.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and successfully navigate priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Willingness to comply with our company policy regarding employment credit check, background checks and drug screening
• Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing in order to sell voluntary insurance products.Eligibility isbased on a criminal background check conducted by the state’s department of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Originates consumer loans and completes loan applications.
• Develops strong customer relationships and meets sales goals.
• Assists Branch Manager with daily operational tasks.
• Explains loan processes and loan products to borrowers.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Closes loans, assembles loan folders, and maintains servicing of a growing loan portfolio.
