Republic Finance, LLC is seeking a Consumer Loan Specialist to join our Attalla branch. You will originate consumer loans, complete loan applications, develop strong customer relationships and meet sales goals while delivering a positive total customer experience.

We offer competitive pay and benefits including a base salary of $32,000 per year (paid hourly), an uncapped monthly bonus averaging $8,000 annually, health, dental and vision insurance, PTO, holidays, a 401(k) with company match after

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
• Strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, team environment.
• Basic computer skills with Windows & Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Originate new loan business with customers.
• Evaluate customer needs to recommend the best loan and voluntary products.
• Complete loan applications and proposals for new borrowers.
• Explain loan processes and answer questions about products and processing.
• Close loans, assemble files, and manage servicing of a growing portfolio.
• Meet or exceed loan goals and maintain quality customer service.
