Republic Finance, LLC in the United States is seeking a Sr. Consumer Loan Specialist to originate consumer loans, build strong customer relationships, and meet sales goals.

You will support the branch manager and handle daily operations while upholding compliance and exceptional customer care. The role emphasizes a results‑driven sales approach, professional demeanor, and the ability to work independently within a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years in goal oriented, incentive based sales.
• 1+ years of experience in the consumer finance industry preferred.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills
• Ability to work well independently, as well as a dedicated team member.
• Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing in order to sell voluntary insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Originates new loan business with new and existing customers.
• Assesses customer needs to recommend consumer loans and voluntary products.
• Completes loan applications, proposals and offers; follows up with pending applicants.
• Explains loan process and answers questions regarding loan products and processing.
• Owns customer concerns and works with management on strategies for problem loans.
• Closes loans, assembles loan folders, and files.
• Meets or exceeds loan goals.
• Manages day‑to‑day servicing of a growing consumer loan portfolio.
• Resolves customer issues with analytical approach.
• Upholds company policies and compliance in interactions.
• Processes insurance claims, follow-ups and payments, and maintains logs.
• Provides excellent customer care through daily transactions and inquiries.
• Assists Branch Manager with daily operational tasks like deposits.
